This was one of the most unique experiences I’ve ever had in a winery. I had the opportunity to blend Sauvignon Blanc’s at Wither Hills Winery…highly renowned for their Sauvignon Blanc’s. At the end I was able to compare my blend with their “inhouse” blend…find out how I did.
